Stanley Ho East Asia College (SHEAC) held its first High Table Dinner in the second semester of 2014/15 on Tuesday 3rd February, 2015. College Master Professor Iu Vai Pan began with an opening speech, and introduced the guest of honor Ms. Rosetta Fong Sut Sum, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Convoy Financial Services Holdings Limited.
Ms. Fong, a Macau local, shared her brilliant experiences including her study in Hong Kong and the UK, as well as in travelling and career, and gave inspiration to the students. She hoped that every student could stand up to challenges with a positive attitude and try their best to help others. We felt inspired and warmed by her humorous and easy-going sharing.

During the dinner, Ms. Chan Co Ian (Primary Education, Year 1) served as the emcee of the event. Ms. Lai Yu-ju (General Business Studies, Year 1) and Mr. Sou Ian (Civil Engineering, Year 2) each played a beautiful piano piece.
After the dinner, fellows and students gathered together to have group photos taken, that helped preserve some fond memories for everyone on that evening. Some students expressed that the High Table Dinner was a valuable opportunity for them to gain a wider range of knowledge and develop different ways of thinking. Following this unforgettable High Table Dinner, the SHEAC community also looked forward to the forthcoming Chinese New Year holiday.

2015年2月3日（星期二），何鴻燊東亞書院舉辦了2014/15年度本學期第一次高桌晚宴，並榮幸地邀請了康宏理財控股有限公司的行政總裁及執行董事馮雪心女士作爲榮譽嘉賓，與書院的師生們分享她的人生經歷和感悟。
書院院長姚偉彬教授首先致開幕辭，並介紹了榮譽嘉賓馮雪心女士。然後，馮女士開始了精彩的演說，於澳門出生及成長的她向大家敘述了她年輕時候的求學旅程，包括在香港及倫敦接受教育時的有趣見聞，還有畢業後的工作經歷，以及鼓勵大家積極面對困難、樂於幫助他人。演講過程中，她平易近人的態度與幽默風趣的語氣給在場所有人都留下了深刻的印象，也爲這寒冷的冬天增添了些許暖意。

本次晚宴的司儀由陳楚欣同學（小學教育一年級）擔任，還有另外兩位同學表演的醉人鋼琴樂章，包括賴鈺儒同學（工商管理一年級）演奏由著名音樂人周杰倫最近為自己婚禮創作並沒有命名的結婚進行曲，以及蘇昕同學（土木工程二年級）的《My Destiny》。
晚宴結束後，全體進行了集體大合照，而同學們也紛紛與導師們合影留念。本次晚宴爲新學期開啓了華麗的篇章，有同學認為晚宴有助不同知識層面的思想交流也拓展了學生們的眼界，同時讓大家懷着激動的心情迎接新春假期。
