October is UM Mental Health Awareness Month 2024, coordinated by the Student Affairs Office with a series of mental health activities. SHEAC continues to host various events aimed at raising awareness among students about the importance of mental health and providing opportunities for stress relief. Especially during October, which is typically the peak period for mid-term exams, we hope students can take the time to relax amidst their intense study schedules.

This year, we organized a mental health sharing session and hosted a “Pillow Talk”, allowing students to express their feelings (Image 1). Additionally, we held multiple jogging sessions to encourage students to get moving and unwind (Images 2, 3, and 4). A total of 151 students participated.

東亞書院@2024 澳大心理健康月

十月是澳大的心理健康月,由學生事務處統籌一系列心理健康活動。東亞書院一如既往地主辦多項活動,旨在提高同學對心理健康重要性的認識,並通過各種活動來減壓。特別是在十月這個中期考試的高峰期,我們更希望同學能在緊張的讀書生活中,適時放鬆一下。

今年,我們舉辦了心理健康分享會,又舉辦了「枕邊話」活動,讓同學訴訴心聲(圖一);此外,我們更舉辦了多次慢跑,讓同學走一走,鬆一鬆(圖二、三、四)。多個活動合共有151人次學生參與。
