Stanley Ho East Asia College (SHEAC) held a Master’s High Table Dinner on 4th March 2026, bringing together faculty and students for an evening of intellectual exchange and community celebration. The event commenced with opening remarks from College Master Prof. Kathy Qian Luo, who extended her warm wishes for the Chinese New Year and shared three new foci of the College: strengthening national education, increasing career planning support for students, and launching global partnerships.
A highlight of the evening was the sharing by Ms. Huang Zhengyi, Hildy, second prize winner of the Writing Competition for the Thematic Exhibition for National Liberation and World Peace – Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War (Higher Education Group). Master Prof. Luo meanwhile presented certificates of recognition to the writing competition awardees.
One of the UM Residential College Foundation Scholarship recipients Ms. Zhong Biying, Betty was also invited to deliver an inspiring speech about her college life. The celebration continued with the presentation of the scholarships, group photos and a dinner gathering that fostered connection and reflection. The evening also featured the screening of a video created by students who joined the Singapore Study Trip held in December, showcasing their learning experiences and insights from the journey. The program wrapped up with a lively “Three Laws” quiz competition, designed to enhance students’ understanding of the Constitution Law, the Macao Basic Law, and the National Security Law, while fostering civic awareness and national identity. The night ended on a high note, embodying SHEAC’s spirit of learning, friendship and cultural appreciation.
The College expresses heartfelt gratitude to the faculty and college staff whose dedicated efforts and teamwork made the event a memorable success.

院長高桌晚宴展現學生卓越成就與公民教育參與
何鴻燊東亞書院於2026年3月4日舉行院長高桌晚宴,書院師生齊聚一堂,共度了一個充滿學術交流與社群慶典氣氛的晚上。晚宴以書院院長羅茜教授致開幕辭揭開序幕,羅院長除向全體師生送上新春的誠摯祝福外,亦分享了書院三大新重點:加強國民教育,提升學生職業規劃支援,以及開拓全球夥伴關係。
當晚亮點之一為黄正怡同學的分享,她榮獲「為了民族解放與世界和平──紀念中國人民抗日戰爭暨世界反法西斯戰爭勝利80周年”主題徵文比賽」大學本科組二等獎。是次比賽由澳門特別行政區政府教育及青年發展局以及紀念中國人民抗日戰爭暨世界反法西斯戰爭勝利80周年系列活動教育界活動籌備委員會主辦。澳大共有18名學生獲得多項殊榮,包括兩項一等獎、一項二等獎、三項三等獎、五項優異獎及七項入圍獎。隨後,羅院長為徵文比賽之得獎者頒發嘉許證書。
當晚,書院亦邀請了「澳門大學住宿式書院獎學金」其中一位得主鍾碧瀅同學發表激勵人心的分享。活動隨後進入獎學金頒發、合照留念及交流晚宴環節,現場氣氛融洽熱烈,洋溢著歡欣與共融的書院精神。晚宴亦播放了由參與去年十二月新加坡學習之旅的學生製作的短片,展示他們在旅程中的學習成果與心得體會。節目最後設有趣味「三法」問答比賽,旨在加深學生對《憲法》、《澳門基本法》及《維護國家安全法》的認識,培養公民意識與國家認同感。是次活動圓滿落幕,充分展現書院在學習、友誼與文化欣賞方面的精神。
書院特別感謝各位教授的鼎力支持及同事的悉心籌備,使晚宴得以順利舉行並留下美好回憶。
