On the afternoon of November 5, 2025, six “Two Laws” trainees from Stanley Ho East Asia College, University of Macau successfully conducted a trial lesson after participating in UM Excellent trainee course for the promotion of the Constitution and Basic Law. The course was jointly organised by UM’s Centre for Constitutional Law and Basic Law Studies, ten residential colleges of the university, and local association Divulgação da Associação de Lei Básica de Macau.
During the activity, Jiang Xiaodan interpreted the practical significance of “One Country, Two Systems” and the coexistence of the Two Laws. Lo Ka Ian i outlined the key points and contents of Constitutional Law and Basic Law. Leong Hou Fong introduced the theme “Why Do We Need the Constitution and the Basic Law”. Deng Wai Yee further elaborated on the core connotations of the relationship between the Constitution Law and the Basic Law. Ding Jiayi analyzed the close connection between the Two Laws and China’s national security. Alexander He Wu gave a detailed introduction to national security and individual responsibilities. Finally, Dr. Li Zibin from the Centre for Constitutional Law and Basic Law Studies conducted professional evaluations on the performance of the six trainees and provided feedback on the content of their presentations.
澳門大學憲法與基本法推廣優苗教員培訓課程試教活動：「兩法」知多一點點
2025 年 11 月 5 日下午，澳門大學何鴻燊東亞書院的六位「兩法」學員，在參加由澳門大學法學院憲法與基本法研究中心、十間住宿式書院和澳門基本法推廣協會聯合主辦的「澳門大學憲法與基本法推廣優苗教員培訓課程」後，順利開展了試教活動。
其間，蔣笑丹同學解讀了「一國兩制」與兩法並存的現實意義；盧加恩同學概述了《憲法》與《基本法》的重點和內容；梁壕鋒同學圍繞為什麼要有《憲法》和《基本法》主題展開介紹；鄧慧儀同學進一步闡明《憲法》和《基本法》的關係：從 “根本法” 到 “特區憲制”的核心內涵；丁嘉漪同學淺析了兩法與中國國家安全的緊密關聯; 何崢橋同學對國家安全與個人的責任進行了詳細的介紹。活動尾聲，澳門大學憲法基本法研究中心黎梓彬博士對六位學員的現場表現進行了專業評估，並針對匯報內容給予反饋。
